🦖 Hi! Unfortunately, shipping is non-refundable.

All tariffs are included item prices, not shipping, and paid at check out. 

Items are shipped via safest and most affordable method. Those shipped factory direct, are packed in factory packaging, by factory workers, out of our control. Please see the return policy for more info. 

Shipping updates are auto-generated and sent from the respective third party shipping companies. You may, or may not, have the option to opt out of those, depending on the shipping carrier; but you are always welcome to contact us directly. 🙂

Some suppliers and shipping companies are located outside of the US; for example: China and Russia. This may mean shipping updates from outside of America. That does not mean that Tabasaurus® is located outside of the US. Tabasaurus® is owned and operated in Oregon, USA.
